ネバーエンディングストーリーを
思い出した光る雲😊
頭の中にメロディが流れてくる♫
ずっと忘れていたのに
いきなりポンと浮かんできた😳
景色や音楽は
その時の記憶、感情とリンクする。
音楽療法の現場で重度の認知症の方とも
関わらせていただく中で
「感性」に働きかける
ってとても大事だと思いました。
音楽によって、その時の風景が呼び起こされ、
そして同時にその時の記憶も呼び戻される。
それが感動の涙や笑顔になる。
言葉はいらないのね😊
久しぶりに夕方娘と散歩に行き
公園に駆け出した娘を写真で撮ったときの住宅の街並み。
夕日の沈みかげんで
自分が子供のころの懐かしい匂いを感じました😊
何気ない日常の風景って、人を幸せにする。
